1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms govern all access to and use of the ze77 online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, customer support interactions, and any other features made available through ze77.bar.

1.2 By clicking "I Agree", completing registration, making a deposit, or otherwise using ze77, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them fully.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use ze77. This age restriction applies without exception to all players, including those accessing ze77 from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. ze77 enforces this requirement strictly and will terminate accounts found to belong to underage individuals.

2.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering with ze77. ze77 does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific location. By registering, you represent and warrant that your use of ze77 is lawful under the laws applicable to you.

2.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

2.4 One Account Rule. Each individual may register only one ze77 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. ze77 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Any bonus winnings accumulated on duplicate accounts will be voided.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC). ze77 may at any time request identity verification documentation, including a valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ze77 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. ze77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify ze77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.2 Account Currency. All ze77 accounts operate exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and winnings are all denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to player balances held in PKR.

3.3 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. ze77 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rs 200 to inactive accounts after the 12-month period. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. To reactivate an account, simply log in to ze77.

3.4 Account Transfer. ze77 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, or otherwise transfer your ze77 account, balance, or any associated bonuses to any other person under any circumstances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. ze77 currently supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. ze77 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to players.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on ze77 is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned, subject to applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.

4.3 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your ze77 account within minutes. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to 1 business day depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed by ze77 within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and satisfaction of all bonus wagering requirements. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically reach the player's wallet within 15–30 minutes of ze77 processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.

4.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount on ze77 is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

4.6 Payment Method Consistency. ze77 operates a same-method withdrawal policy. Withdrawal funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering.

4.7 Deposit Funds Only. Players may only deposit funds that are their own and that are derived from legitimate sources. ze77 reserves the right to request proof of funds source at any time. Depositing funds obtained through illegal means is prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ze77 are subject to the specific terms stated in each individual offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific offer explicitly states otherwise.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, game contribution percentages, minimum odds (for sports bets), and expiry periods are detailed in each bonus offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Welcome Bonus. New ze77 players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Players who have previously held a ze77 account are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. ze77 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and any other strategy designed to exploit ze77's bonus structure. ze77 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

5.5 Bonus Withdrawal Restriction. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings that exceed the original bonus amount, after full satisfaction of wagering requirements, may be withdrawn. The maximum withdrawal amount from bonus winnings may be capped as stated in the specific bonus offer.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the ze77 platform has its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game rules before wagering. ze77 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Each game on ze77 has defined minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are displayed within each game and may be adjusted by ze77 at any time. VIP players may have access to higher table limits — contact ze77 support for details.

6.3 Malfunction and Technical Errors. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, connectivity failure, or any other technical issue that interrupts gameplay or produces an erroneous result, ze77 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore game states to the last verified valid state. ze77 is not liable for any loss suffered as a result of technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

6.4 Disputed Outcomes. If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must raise the dispute with ze77 support within 14 days of the game round in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. ze77's decision on disputed game outcomes, informed by game logs and provider records, is final.

6.5 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on ze77, including live PSL cricket markets, are subject to additional sports betting rules available in the sports section of the platform. Bets placed on voided events or cancelled markets are returned as stakes to the player's account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ze77 platform:

• Using ze77 for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players or ze77 staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any identified vulnerability must be reported to ze77 support immediately.
• Using ze77 to launder money or conduct any transaction connected with criminal activity.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's ze77 account.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your actual location or identity on ze77.
• Communicating abusively, threateningly, or in a harassing manner with ze77 staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the ze77 platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and interface designs, is the exclusive property of ze77 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ze77 solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ze77 content.

8.3 The ze77 name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of ze77. Unauthorised use of ze77 trademarks is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

9.1 ze77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using ze77, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.3 Players who self-exclude from ze77 must not attempt to open new accounts during the exclusion period. ze77 will close any account identified as belonging to a self-excluded player and return any remaining balance.

10.4 Age Verification. ze77 takes all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling. Players suspected of being under 21 years of age will have their accounts suspended pending age verification. 11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ze77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the ze77 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

11.2 ze77's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 ze77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server outages, and third-party service disruptions may affect platform availability. ze77 is not liable for losses resulting from platform unavailability.

11.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that ze77 cannot be held responsible for losses incurred through normal gameplay activity. All games on ze77 are operated using certified RNG technology with published return-to-player (RTP) percentages.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your ze77 account at any time by contacting ze77 support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

12.2 Termination by ze77. ze77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; provision of false registration information; or any activity that ze77 reasonably believes poses a risk to the platform, other players, or ze77's regulatory standing.

12.3 Upon termination for cause, ze77 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Where investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, ze77 may forfeit the player's balance in accordance with applicable regulations.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ze77's operating licence jurisdiction. Players accessing ze77 from Pakistan acknowledge that they do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a player and ze77, the player should first contact ze77 support via live chat or email to seek an informal resolution. ze77 aims to resolve all player complaints within 5 business days.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by ze77's regulatory authority. ze77 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 ze77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email and/or a notification displayed upon next login. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon publication on this page.

14.2 If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using ze77 and close your account before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
